To maintain a smooth, intentional, and hospitality‑driven experience, all appointments booked through GlossGenius follow the policies below: Cancellations & Refunds • Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method. • Cancellations made after the initial 24‑hour window are non‑refundable. However, the amount paid will be applied as a credit toward a future rescheduled appointment, as long as the reschedule request is submitted at least 3 hrs before the scheduled appointment start time. • Late arrivals beyond the 15 minute grace period, and no‑shows are considered late cancellations and are charged 100% with no rescheduling credit. Guest Policy To protect the quality of the service environment and ensure a calm, focused experience, no additional guests, children, or extra parties are permitted at appointments. Only the client receiving the service may be present in the studio. By booking through GlossGenius, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
